Interlude is (un)fortunately a bit of a Wild West style "quick draw" chronicle when it comes to PvP, meaning it's mostly archers vs mages at high level where it's all about drawing first and getting the crits. Unless your server has any custom adjustments, archers with proper buffs (SWS, BD, CoV) should counter mages most of the time. If you are having hard time with the PR against mages, I'd mostly look at your setup - if you have slots available, it's worth considering getting elemental resists buffs, of course ++ench your jewels and keep fingers crossed for those crits
Titans really shouldn't be a problem unless in closed spaces, just need to keep your distance
