Hey everyone i found a old Dreadnought setup topic here on the forum but im not sure its still uptodate. so what i was wondering what is good for a Dreadnought at this moment.

i play on a privet server with 45x rate.
i was wondering what is a good PvP dye set up ? i got +4str +4dex and -8 con
now poeple cut me down like butter. so its not so good i guess. (mainly for oly)
i dont know what to lower the best -dex takes my atk speed im already as slow as hell.
-str might take away my stun abilitys.
i got a Frintezz and valakas necklass wich one do you prefer i should take ?

and the last thing what augmentation could be the ultimate augmentation for a Dreadnought (Pvp based) or maybe a little list of suggestions of augmentations that would make the Dreadnought better.

I usualy don't go for any dyes for a WL... As for an augument... Try to get a passive haste, it is just awesome! And I think frintezza is best for a WL... But I might be wrong... I do not have much experiance with a WL...

what set are u using?
for standard IC i would suggest taking +dex - con dyes
and i dont mean -FUCKING8 CON LOL thats suicidal, go for something like +4-4
augments:
-no there is no haste augment lol
-skill refresh is a no brainer rly
-apart from that a focus or a pvp might would be nice
epics:
-u have both use both, learn in wich situation wich epic could give u an advantage
hint: dont use frintezza against adv for example

and i dont play the class because i wanne be hero. i play the class because i like it. and its not that i cant pvp with it i just wanne improve my skills with some extra stuff.

now someone told me +2str +2 dex -4 con isnt that good then stick to no dye's at all.

im also thinking to do -4Int +4Wit to cast noblesse faster and increase some resistence.

if i do that should i try to get a Heal augment then or can i get interupted really fast?
and i havent seen a hast aug also :S

and why is a Fritz bad against a Adventurer?

if br and revival cant save you a crappy augment that restores 200 hp and has a shitty cast time wont either

Well mate first of all i never heard of this "Do not use tezza vs Adv" tezza is damn good for a WL because it boosts your chance to stun people and basicly this is your job while Valakas gives your some P.atk / M.atk and WM effect so now use your brain a little btw Valakas seems more tempting because of the 445 hp bonus but imo this Neckles was made for Mages mostly. Some time ago a few WL start a good tactic , Shock Blast / swap to Bow and Shoot . If Shock Blast lands it's like Hex so you will be hiting hard . WL is a hard class to play and not to mention that now there are so many Stun Resist stuff around this class is kinda dead but with a good party you can help them a lot in PvP . I would go for 5 Str because i would whant to do as much damage as possible , as for speed don't know what to say use a Talisman or something . But if you are playing on a decent server with no +30 gear and retarted stuff like that you can deal a lot of damage with Cursed Spear / Shock Blast going trough Champion Favor . And again for speed get a friend to play a Tank Class and then you won't be forced to run after toons around the map because this is not your job , Tanks can Hate / Root so he can buy time for you to get into blank point and start chain stuning / dmging him.

i never said tezza is bad
what i said is learn when to use each jewel
for example when fighting an archmage i doubt that +60% chance on stun will make much difference but +15% fire resist can come in handy also the hp boost is usefull when popping revival

yes valakas was made for mages mainly and yes frint is more usefull on dn but if u have both it cant hurt to use it can it?

Ok mate so enlight me ... Adv is useing Prominence now ? And not to mention what kind of a clan would give you a Valakas just for the Fire Resist and 445 hp so you can swap when you meet some lolmage . BUT you say 60% Stun Chance is lol ... err my friend i would rather use a tezza when i fight an Adv so i would have higher resist on Bluff . Still i'm looking forward to read Why an WL should not use tezza vs an Adv ?

as for dyes i wouldnt go for the dng output setup
id go for more hp(revival at higher hp,easier crowd control,less effort for the healer,etc,etc)


having a chance heal augment is a good thing
character that takes massive amount of mobs gets hit frequently and even if its just 200 u get hit imo at least 15 times a second
even if the chance is 10% ull get healed decently
combine that with the VR buffs#
pretty decent

back to the boss jewels discussion
if u have valakas+teza+the rest of the boss jewels that means
a)nolifer
b)greedy clan(ally) leader#
c)ebay
d)pvp sv
e)ur just dreaming

he can keep that wep with the aug for pve and get 1 more for pvp

because thats the main boost when u r fighting any class(especialy adventurer->that was his main arguement right?that frintezza sux vs adventurer...)
