| Post subject: | HK vs Summoners |
ok, the question is simple, is there any way to beat them in an equal match? I mean, with the active skill augmentations they are just invincible to me in olys. got any advice? like getting X augmentation or using Y weapon with Z upgrade. i just cant seem to find any way around it. |

lyhno ? if u want an advice try to get silence/sleep/any otehr debuff and try sa anchor and hit with windstrikes to active it xd |

For me its IMPOSIBLE almost any time! I played DA/HK almost 4 years on low rate server 5x, and till present day I dunno how to kill that shity classes called summoners... Tried to root, and stun summons and mostly target the fcking summoner, but nothing... no way... his healing himself like stupid, and his shity summon kill ya, the fckin slow DA has no chances, the worst tank in L2... Panther gives u shit, coz summoner ve'got prayer... And u just die faster, panther mby would hit lil bit, but u have to unsummon it in time after prayer, so no shit... Myby if u stunned and rooting him always u would kill him... IF HE'S NOT 80 LVL coz that shit called summoners ve'got SMART CUBIC and they are IMBa for anyone... shit ;< |

get feeded:( get passive buff aug(imo pdef 10 would do) when ur panther is dead use that corpse plague to cause some trouble and try to keep that shitface in stunlock i know how hard is it to do cuz once i almost turned my KB into pieces |

played HK for a long time as well... i`ve tryed everything i could got the fb + focus and a draco bow + focus i can beat most classes without any effort, have a little bit of trouble with bishops but i can beat them most times, and 3 out of 4 times a necro will beat me but i know that if i blow my UDs i stand a good chance agaist them. But Summoners are another deal entirely, i mean they`ve got transfer pain, so i do shitty damage to them. they`ve got a strong health bar because of pasive boost hp, and the cubics do decent enough damage so they can beat me just by running around. If that wasnt enough now they`ve got augmentations that allow them to hit almost as hard as a wizzard class. warrior`s bane is a nightmare and with mj robe i cant even dream of pulling a stunlock. Im thinking of getting dual fist and enchanting them for pvp via fame, to get the 15% cancel, but between the summoner nuking me and the servitor beating the crap out of me from behind i dont think i can last long enough to cancel everything i need to cancel Summoners dont kill my panther, they make her attack me, and pdef is not that useful agaist a summoner if they nuke me (even with an average damage of 400 they still get magical criticals) PD: a well played HK can beat almost everything if you know your way around it, but im starting to think that i wont be able to beat a summoner... ever. |

/agree summoners=imba btw if u get ur fists if u root the guy with shackle u could rly manage to cancel buffs btw have u tryed rootin` the summon? |

yes, but its a gamble, because of mental shield, besides shackle has a really short duration and the summon is less than half of the problem, im not sure i could beat a summoner even without its summon |

yes, my question is in olympiad outside , fully buffed and with cp and QH potions avaiable i can probably take the summoner down with no problem. and im on gracia part 2. Insane crusher is a good idea, its aoe so it should hit bot the summon and the summoner. why shield slam? i mean they`ve only good agaist physical skill users. and yes, i dont want to use ToD because it takes too much hp, but you are right, i should use it from the start. the whole weapon with health+IC reequip before using it. but the land rate on ToD is kinda low, is it worth using it in a fight where my hp gets down so fast that i can hardly believe im a tank? |
