Lol, I know it's a stupid question, but I really can't decide which one should I play.
I'd pick up the Duelist because it now has Rush, so its low speed it's not a problem anymore, but considering that Insane Crusher now deals aoe damages and HK debuffs are stronger than before, I'm really confused - plus, the population on the server is somewhat low (average of 200 real players, no dualbox, not considering offline shops), so I would have the chance to make many 1v1 or small parties fights in open pvp; obviously in sieges and territory wars there are many full parties.
Would HK be good in the described open field pvp scenario?
I'm playing on a low rate (5x) server, H5, L2DC.
Do you have any suggestion?

yes,it is,and dont worry about the low speed issue - you got hamstring.I was hero 3 months with HK and I can say that I owned everything on open fields :)

Will I be able to kill people 1v1 in open field pvp, then? :P Does Insane Crusher deal a good amount of damage?

i would choose duelist if u want 1vs1 coz hell knight is a tank , offensive tank but still remains a tank can't deal the dmg duelist does and doesn't have the CP/HP of duelist + duelist has rush and disarm which make them beasts in hi5

u have to play h5 to judge HKs dps
