bp-tank-zerk-dagger (you can mix it here only one which you need for 100% is bp)
also nuker setup aint bad;
bp-necro-nuke-nuke (sps/sph/sorce..you can try slh too)
archers in h5 especially are better then before what is most common archer setup=
bp-arba-archer-archer (i think human is best its balanced,elf/d.elf just to easy to get down)

My friends and I are looking to start playing again after about a 16 month break. We aren't aware of the changes that were made to the game between Garcia Epilogue and High Five so if you know that please share it with me. We don't know if we'll have three or four people but can you try and suggest what combinations would be most effective in PvP?

If it's 4 active people and no boxes, I would go with dagger/bd/WC/SE. If you can box buffers just roll deep with 1 healer and 3 dd's of similar type with a full support squad stashed in a corner (or on bot assist).

We're thinking of going Shillien Knight+Tyrant+Glad (not sure). Which would be the best support classes to make for those classes (assuming we can each box one)?

It is going to suck if you all are going to play dd's and none will player healer/buffer/recharger. Depends on server, but it will be kind of stressful to box-dance every 2 minutes, and you will have to keep WC/SD/SE in party all the time(atleast WC and SE) because you need them 79+ too so you'll have quite a hard time leveling those buffers. Don't forget that even supports have a quite good dps(wc+wolf, bd +4 duals, etc.). Glad is a good choice but i would't go for tyrant... if you want to play in this setup i would go for a debuffer(GH for hex/crit wound, soulhound for maximum ability and death mark or SE for stigma+wolf - stigma is really good). Just don't hesitate to play buffers/supports, because you will have lots of fun with them in late-game, and you won't find it hard to go further in game if you have friends to play with.

For me the best 4men party is Duelist-Cardinal-Dominator-Nuker(i prefer Necro) But a good also party is 4 chars that you like to play Maybe Daggers-Cardinal(ofc)-Tank-And one to hit from distance like( archer-arbalester-Mystic muse-Storm screamer-Sorcerer) or maybe you can take Warlord to stun the other guys on PvPs Dwarfs(my opinion plz,dont hit me ) is good only for low rate servers to craft or make spoil-->Adena And i think very good(if you dont want cardinal(bishop) is Eva's Saint with Body of Avatar(i think that the name is correct,is cardinal's skil)
