enchant debuffs that you use for chance (vortex too)
nukes that you use for power or if server is still new for elemental atack, aura flash for chance

Fuk 4 con and go for +1wit or +1 int more

Enchants are ok, but i'd go for weaken water on hydro if the serv is g.epi, if freya go power
