Hi Guys.
Im actually playing in a mid rate server freya and i am spoiler.

I pretend to go with the spoiler to PVP but i have a doubt. Is better for me to use Vesper Retributer or Vesper Avenger+Shield...?

About Skill enchanting, i think that the best one to enchant for PVP is armor crush +success. What do u think?

About dyes i have no clue about what to or not to use for PVP, can u give me some support with this?

The last question has to do with certs, i thought about: Master Critical Rate + Class-Specific Counter Haste + Class-Specific Counter Defense. What do u think about this combo?

Enchant skills for Earth Attack.

Dyes -CON +DEX

Don't forget about War Frenzy @ PvP.

EDIT: Use 1-handed + shield. [faster stuns + chance to block attack]

I was thinking today about long range playing Fortune, imo Fortune Seeker and Maestro are simillar to destro, but w/o frenzy, sometimes i was in trouble when on Oly i get nice hitted by Maestro as i remember, thats why i was thinking bout it today, so imo:
Yes, Armor Crush chance, same Hammer Crush for chance if possible, then Fatal Strike for atribute or power, i dunno if there on ur serwer are ppl with full atribute, or not... And Earthquake chance (if possible)/power
Then dyes +4 STR, +4DEX imo, coz FS vgot shitload of hp...
And i havent ever vgot certs, i even dont get at all how does they count, but i know which are possible and imo, the one u said are pretty best or CP boost is also best imo

Naaaah, don't go for cp boost, its kinda useless, maybe for low hp classes like nukers.
certs u will find in sub skills thread, go for +5 str -5 con

Dyes are just mine pure theory, i never played fs/maestro seriously, but i think they are good
What would you get from +dex? blunts already have fucked crit rate, 3 speed isnt worth...

+5str-5con+4wit-4int (but -5dex might be a possibility tho... with some boss jewels and shit.. dunno)
+rsk and +health weapons,dagger {pvp} haste
top armor

DEX is useless on dwarf for PvP, you have unreliable (really low) crit rate and risk focus is not going to help you, you will want to pot up and get max hp/cp. The most important thing about DEX for dwarves is speed, because people can kite you, so if you feel that you really need DEX, don't remove it... but the bonus of CON/STR over DEX are much more noticeable.

WIT because it increases your resists to debuffs, and MEN is useless too.

Don't get a bow, useless since the damage you do can simply be CP potted away. Your job is to stun people like crazy and do some damage :D

What you absolutely need to try to get is the Olympiad Earring, Olympiad Necklace and TW Gludio/Goddard Earrings (+15% stun chance). If you have all of them, it will make you sooo much more deadly...

The #1 problemfs of dwarfs in PvP is low MP and low Speed... the classes you will hate most are good EE/SE/BP that will mana burn you 2-3 times + block windwalk... and then you are a completely useless bag of 20k HP/10k CP running around. Never use the HP Elixir, wait for it and use the MP one when you are out of MP.

Also consider Maximum Clarity talismans and Life Force talismans if you are rich (being a dwarf, it's easier).

... or just wait till H5 and roll people with dual daggers and rush
