Quick question and I am looking somewhere for an official answer on the topic.... Does OEing a weapon increase how hard a skill or spell hits? For example. A duelist with +12 Tallum/DLE vs +4 Tallum/DLE using sonic blaster or rage or whatever... Would the Duelist with the +12 hit harder with his skill than the one with the +4 or would just his base attack and base attack crits hit harder? If you could respond with an official link to that information that would be even better. |

Have you ever read any skill description? "Attacks with xxxx power added to P.Atk(...)" Of course it increases skill dmg. |

I have not seen a Duelist skill that says "added to P.Atk (...)" on the official L2 website and I just checked to see if it was there and it is not. |
