Quick question and I am looking somewhere for an official answer on the topic....

Does OEing a weapon increase how hard a skill or spell hits?

For example. A duelist with +12 Tallum/DLE vs +4 Tallum/DLE using sonic blaster or rage or whatever...

Would the Duelist with the +12 hit harder with his skill than the one with the +4 or would just his base attack and base attack crits hit harder?

If you could respond with an official link to that information that would be even better.

Have you ever read any skill description? "Attacks with xxxx power added to P.Atk(...)"

Of course it increases skill dmg.

I have not seen a Duelist skill that says "added to P.Atk (...)" on the official L2 website and I just checked to see if it was there and it is not.

official l2 website is outdated, use this page next time
