Hello all, thats the my first post here, hope i'll get some help!

I m dominator 85lvl with most of my curses +25-27
Major arcana set +6 {PvP}
Arcana Mace +7 -acu {PvP} passive empower
Dynasty Staff - acu (with nuke augment)
Dynasty Dagger - focus (passive might +14,3crit )
dyes +4wit -5men +1wit -1men
I got epics and its not on pvp server..

So i have the following problem I can kill most of my enemies in olympiad but i rly cant do anything against Dark elf summoner (especialy) and arcana lord...
So I'm wondering if anyone of u can help me to find a solution to that problem... any strategy against them... cuz smart cubic erase all rebuff from summoner and most of debuff on summon erased by the summoner so i dunno what to do... Any ideas will be accepted!

first of all dont touch summon
try to stun summoner, when summon lands use enli and drain him to death
also u can use onslaught to deal nice dmg
maximum clarity and life force talismans <--- way to victory

The server i m nit dont support enlightment... also overlords stun dont get enchant so its 90% that will not land...

why? why when u can just root the summon and pwn the summoner?


btw did seal of blockade include heal/buff? afaik it didnt

Have u ever played a summoner before? Cuz i have used to be spectral summoner 84... U cant root pet summoner got skill that erase root.... But even if u root summon can still heal d elf summoner(nightshade)... The only way i think it can work will be if i use dispear+seal of slow+seal of wiNter to pet and attack summoner but even that tactick didnt work.... to spend my mp in drains to summoner from the begining its useless( i ll run out of mp 2 soon)... also overlord's and warcryer's stun dont get enchant so no chance that stun will land... 1 last blockade includes only physical skills not magical so yes he can heal!


Any other ideas or tacticks? Till know fails... :p

the point of this topic was to help a guy that needed help as a domi not the other way around lol

as OL vs summoner, maybe ur best chance is to go on fighter style... the way to go is like this:

start witch mage setup and try to use fear on summon once or twince, but dont use ot much time with it(OE it).
use heavy dyna with blunt and dagger... blunt for Oungslaut than switch to knife.
atack the summoner directly... dont mind the seritor to much, with ur buffs+heavy+soul guard it woun't hurt that much...
from time to time use cp restore and heal.
dont ever let the summoner get to far from u. after u pass his cp and u got about 40-50% mana i would recommend switchin to mage wep and trying a few drains... and yeah, it a good idea to try seal of winter, slows the summon and the summoner might not notice it.

I think u have the better tactick from everyone answered here.... but 1 think is that i got robe mastery +25 on magic defence that means +21% m def thats 1 reason i dont need to use heavy cuz d elf summoner use spikes and nukes fro maugment....another one i have fear +27 and lant to summon 1/4 :S

but u can till enchant ur heavy armor and light armor masteries ))... yeah, PS i a real manace, but still, i wpuld suggest hammer crash against him ... oh yeah, u'd better have a MA set OEd against him and the reasons are:
+7 speed, u have to keep up with him(and OE Vop for penalty, so u wont feel the minus in speed that much)
+50% stun rezist, spark cubic has a pretty good land rate so the resist will be welcomed
-70% cast interuption

I have it max enchant on penalty But he use mage bane so i get out of acumen and soul of paagrio that makes me rebuff and spend mp and time... and he use it very much :S I hate d elf summoners althought i used to play with them... And also i use ma set+6 woth elements wind/earth/fire/.water and i have another extra pair of gloves and ciclet +6 with holy/dark depended on enemy.... btw summoner use dynasty robe i guess got epic from clan....

I do use talismans but that dont help at all vs spectral mster.... if u dont have something to say... that can help... maybe dont post....

I used to be spectral master i was hero and i can tell you that all mages in common were too easy for me , so go fighter stun and than drain ... no other chance. :>

dont use debuffs, coz smart cube will erase it all, dont root the summon bcoz smart cube will also erase it...
OLs can regen mana while hitting, so ur only way is to drain summoner, then regen mana on him(dagger), if you would have problems with life drain SUMMON coz he has way lower m def, regen again, drain summoner etc...

how u can lose as ol to spectral master with maximum clarity and life force talismans? ;s

like i said stun him, even if ur stun is cant be enchanted its land rate is pretty cool on spectral master
while he is stunned simply drain him and hit with onslaught
as ol u have pretty cool pdef so hits from summon shouldnt be a problem, just hit disabled (stunned) summoner
