i cant decide...i dont want to lower the men and cast spd.. i can get it by ava robe(example) and acu+berserk...im not good in dyes for SE cuz i dont use em |

Remember the classic dyes rule? The lower the base stat the lower the loss and the lower the gain? Use it to your advantage. You won't lose that much by dropping men. +4 wit -4men is great. |

well but u dont get much cast spd(without +4 wit the bers+acumen can outstand it or even better+bd=concentration) but u lose more mana...it can be compensated by the +conversion weapon(for me it is a MUST for any healer) help

You should get about +25% casting speed , and you don't really lose that much mana... Try it, if you're not satisfied, delete the symbol. Try with a +4wit -5 men first, cause it's cheap, there won't be much money to lose if you don't like it. If you like it, search for +5wit -5men. |

Icarus has right!! I used +5 CON -5 STR and +4 WIT -4 MEN and the MP loss is really very small!!! Well my cast. speed didn't overboosted, because of the low base stat, but the increase is enough good! Also i use homunkulus (acumen) for parties and halberd for some solo play (which i don't prefer with that char  )!!!
