PR has skill: Dead Eye(increases p atk and cryt power, decreases atk speed), but i dont know when to use it, because it greatly decreases atk speed;/... is it good to use this skill in pvp (whit buff or dance/song better?) or this skill is peace of sh1t? and just dont use it??

In 1 vs 1 if u use "Dead Eye" u will make suicide but in mass PvP u can uset it when u are not the target of the enemys!

It's efficient in mass pvp. In pvp it's kamikaze but remember that in team vs team you'll be in the last line from the team and when you'll crit it will hurt. If you crit a robe it's lol damage.
