Post subject:  Olympiad - Manaburn=OL killer?
today I loose 3-5 time vs EE and PP. i play lvl 79 ol !

once fight start he trance me then manaburn manaburn manaburn...and no mp left.

so i can do nothing about this?? trance land on me all time...

Get a weapon that casts mental shield on you for sleep.
And Zaken earring could be of great help if your clan/ally can lend u one.

Since ct1, mana burn cancel any sleep/trance status.
btw it's really hard to trance someone with mental shield on retail so, it may be a bug on your server too.
i've a trance+3 chance on retail and when i'm lucky, it land 50% on ol 77 with mental shield.
on some private server, you are able to sleep/trance a tank in ud wich is LOL

So what? Mp is not everything. You have great buffs, and the healer's melee dps is just lol. HE will be out of mana soon because he needs to hit you 10 seconds and then cast heals again. Your stats in oly are great with those buffs, wth.

You get a health weapon (i advise blunt to use the stun) and go berserk.

i'm curious how could sleep work on you since you have great m.def but ok.. i suppose you do have your skills.VoP?very important.and ofc BLOCKADE.

now what you can do.the easy and fast way is to get nm robe set.since you are 79 domi,we all know you are important ^^, so i guess your clan will give it to you so you don't get farmed in oly :P

i guess that with nm you 'll be ok.but you can try your dreaming spirit too.i don't know about your casting speed tho.

just stick to the nm set and go for stun when the game begins.wether it lands or not use blockade seal of dispear seal of suspension.. over.

just for fun use seal of silence :P (although you did dispear)

and then yo ucan dance around :P or hit w/e you 're the winner.
