Chose whatever u like.

now u got heavy fighter. so, u might get some light fighter aka daggerist.
if u got light set, then u can get some archerer.
anyway, juz pick the one that fits u. there was topic in forum '4 in 1'. read it, maybe it will help you.

Maybe he means the new sub skills in CT1 which are givven by the subclasses in that case.

Summoner Subclass (Warlock, Elemental Summoner, Phantom Summmoner)

+ Boost HP / MP: Increases Max. HP and Max. MP
+ Increase Elemental Resistance: Elemental attack resistance increased
+ Counter Spirit: When attacked, chance to increase attack speed and casting speed.

Healer Subclasses (Shillien Elder, Elven Elder, Bishop)

+ Increase Alignment Resistance: Resistance to Dark and Sacred attacks increased
+ Increase Healing Amount: Increases the effectiveness of heal skills.
+ Counter Heal: Chance of self healing when receiving damage.

Warrior Subclasses (Gladiator, Warlord, Bounty Hunter, Tyrant, Destroyer, Soulbreaker, Berserker)

+ Boost CP: Increase the maximum number CP
+ Resist Mental: Resistance to sleep, hold, paralyze, cancel attacks increased.
+ Counter Haste: Adds a chance to increase the attack speed when receiving damage.

Knight Subclasses (Paladin, Dark Avenger, Temple Knight, Shillien Knight, Sword Singer, Bladedancer)

+ Increase HP: Increase Max. HP.
+ Decrease Critical Damage: Increase the resistance when receiving a critical damage
+ Counter Defense: Chance of increase your P. Def and M. Def when receiving damage.

Enchanter Subclasses (Prophet, Warcryer, Inspector)

+ Increase MP: Max. MP increased
+ Fast Mana Recovery: Increases MP restoration speed
+ Counter Barrier: Adds a chance of few moments of invulnerability when receiving damage.

Rogue Subclasses (Hawkeye, Silver Ranger, Phantom Ranger, Treasure Hunter, Plains Walker, Abyss Walker, Arbalester)

+ Increase Evasion: Increases evasion.
+ Long Shot: Increases shot range.
+ Counter Focus: Attacks have a chance to increase critical rate temporarily.

Wizard Subclasses (Sorcecer, Spellsinger, Spellhowler, Necromancer)

+ Increase Magic Resistance: Increases M.Def.
+ Mana Gain: Amount of MP restored by recharge skill increased.
+ Counter Mana Steal: Attacks has a chance to steal mana
