I have a problem with it , i use fd and demon dager might mortal but my blow land rate isnt 100% , why ? |

U increase u're chance by 40% and 60% u don't have 100% accuracy on their lands lol.. If blows land rate is 40% u increase 100% from those 40%, that means 80%. And yes it's a stupid question. |

There's no info about blow land rates .. The best we can improve on dagger is dex imho. |
