Wind Vortex always made you a freaking advantage vs other nukers xD
Decrease c.speed by 30%. And tadaaaam, u have better c.speed and definitely better M.atk.

Survivality? SPS has Battle heal, which rocks with 3000c.speed, but i think dark vortex and vampiric claw really makes a difference

stop thinking that matk is everythink ... hydro blast has same power as hurricane and the mattk difference is not so great compared to the casting speed of a sps , he can actually hit twice while sph hits one time ... once again some of you fuking idiots use major arcana for pvp well what can i say lineage2 is too hard game for you

who in the world of l2 uses dark vortex with sph vs a sps omg did u ever cast a vortex besides fullbuff pvp servers (the ones you mostly play) do you know how much HP you restore with such a spell ? wouldn't it be better to use CDL or hurricane because you deal more dmg ?

sorry to say that but the matk difference is almost 100%:D
and u dont even have emp echo added
imo //fail
ps:clan skills excluded,pow used as a profecy type skills
u can simply visit the calc and pick magnus or whatever else u like

yeyey sure go play your tiny RA server where pvps are once in a week 1vs1 use bsoe then , in good servers pvps are 9vs9 when u see enemy at farming or else castle siege / epic raid / oly
