zerk is nerfed badly becouse of this armors. slh is waiting for high5 when lightining shock will work like anchor (slow>para) and steal divinity will have only a chance to steal a buff(s) (you have resist for it)

Some1 told me that bns wont be open world, there are instanced regions and you can teleport from one to another .
