look how bleed effect was changed to not only defend agaisnt it but also increase its landing rate, but, now defense against it, is nerfed, same with shock and abnormal stat is not as high as it was in IL :p

@Godsend: that means that if you have antharas you have +30% stun resist and +30% chances of landing your own stun.
An enemy with the same jewel has the same bonuses. +30% chances to land vs +30% chances to resist. They don't actually cancel each other, because it depends on the base value, but the difference becomes unnoticeable.

This reminded me of a freaking hk on l2gold which would land his shield stun on me on a 100% basis.

and for others i'd go for a dc light

i have nm light now - but only for farming

On topic, not big difference whether u get MJ or NM.
I have both on my AW and main reason I use MJ is + mp lol
I always have resist shock anyway but I still get stunned a lot even with MJ.
1/3 rate maybe. 2/4 maybe with just resist shock.

On the other hand, sleep/root resist is helpful but their base land rate is kinda big. I used NM + mental shield while on TTS +4/5/6 jewels on low rate and still root landed on me on 2nd or 3rd try. (Not weird when SE with good
mage wep and buffs/dance can root RB on few tries lmao.)
Sleep landed less but just sleep ain't reason enough to go for NM tbh.

Difference ain't rly big so get whichever is cheaper.

SE rooting boss?
ive tryed it with top b weapon(on rb ~60),myst,emp and i juz felt like i spent shitloadz of mana for nothing-1 second root

Root lands a lot cuz has good land rate, that's my point.
RB was an example since it has some 2-3k m def.

And btw I have seen root landing alot on RBs. 3rd or 4th try w/ good buffs.

NM won't help u that much with root :P
