I have already seen a screenshot of a storm screamer whith 13k of m atack and more than 1k300 of casting speed. they said that there are new skills of empower in hellbound and the char was equiped with set arcana, spirit staff with empower, +4 int and chant of magnus instead of cov.

I dont know if it´s really true but i trust the guy that told me that.

Using the l2 calc I think that you can´t make nothing more than 8k of m atack. but i think that we have some new things in hellbound to count
