In pvp?hm hard to decide.. maybe if u r lucky if u silence the game is over?or maybe if u r rly fast u can use 1 cdl before ur death and kill ur oponent..
in pve dark elves just PWN.Get magical power weapon/demon tunic set and start eating mobs with 1 cdl... at raids u r ireplaceble cuz of ur huge dmg output.U have high lvl body to mind so u can solo easly and u will never run out of mana...the sps is not a good solo char even with regeneration buff

Considering that the matk of the sh is MUCH greater, silence has a lot of chances to land.
Even if it doesn't... The battle will depend on luck because the dps of both mages are similar.

yep but i think if the situation allows u to do that u can CDL ur oponenet(this worax great for me:D) and most of cases my enemy is dead cuz we have almost same hp at that time..and lets say that the SHs int + so powerfull skill i think = death 100%

Yeah, i forgeot about cdl. That's the edge over sps.
