that's not so easy to say... I'm a phoenix Knight lvl 78 on the server I play with doom heavy+aoba health (sucky gear) and in my first match on olympiad I won vs the titan hero... see it like this... if both of them know how to play... the paladin just needs a litle luck to trigger shield slam asap before the destroyer gets to 30% hp... if he gets slammed, bb destro... they wont be able to use frenzy, zealot, batle roar, nothing... so theyre pretty much dead... and dont use a bow when u have angelic icon on... if u want my personal 5 cents either use Forgotten Blade +Focus (for uber critical rate (about 25% critical chance self buffed) or Barakiel's Axe +Focus with some augmentation of critical rate (decent critical rate (probably something like 12-13% critical rate and tremendous critical power (about 750-900 dmg on a light armored oponent)

Anyway if you're playing on the kind of server where all stuff is like +16 or that stuff... go destro... tanks bonus are almost useless when the enemy has heaven's divider+80 or that stuff...

True...when the 2 opponents are experienced players then its a matter of luck who will win in most of the cases...but not all

ok.. i will talk about my Paladin (exactly Phoenix Knight) fighting tactic..

I'm using Dye's: +4Con -4Str (more HP) and dye's for +WIT -Something (faster C speed)
Try to use sword ( more critical hits ) with SA health (more HP)
first you must use your self buffs: majesty (mode p def) and Physical Mirror (reflect 30% of physical skills atack - you can reflect armor crush back to destro) . Remember to use toggle Shield Fortress and Aegis Stance (only for short moments when you running from destro and he is on you back.. when he is on your front don't use it). you can also use Fortitude when destro use blunt weapon

When the begin to pvp first you gonna to do is to use Shield Slam on destro and then:
- if you debuff him with this way and he don't use guts or frenzy before you have some chance now.
- if you don't debuff him or he is on frenzy or guts try to kite him for a minute. He is a pretty slow so it shuld be easy (you can also use Shackle to root him). if he start to hiting you by bow just use Deflect Arrow. if he have and he can't catch you can use a bow
Try to shield stun him a lot (shield stun is the only non forces stun - it mean that even if destro have a lot of CON and Lion heart you can stun him something like 1 times on 3-4 stuns).

if your hp is something about 50% use Touch of Life on yourself (now your heal is more effectife, you are healed a lot, your hp regen is biger, and you have more resist to defuffs (i think only armor crush while fighting with destro).
Now (on Touch of Life effect) you can heal yourself with sacrifice (only if you have enchanted skill sacrifice +power or if you have armor or rb jawelly that increase heal power) - in this way you can heal yourself for something about 200-300 HP with super fast c speed with no mana use
If you don't have enchanted sacrifice or some itrems that increase you power heal you still have Holy Blessing (the best moment to use is is when your enemy is stuned or far from you) it should heal something about 700HP.
Then next good skill is Unlimited Defence. you can use it if you will be on Angelic Icon to life longer (but if enemy will not hit you at this moment the Angelic Icon will be used for nothing - all you can do is agro him or use bow).
If you are fighting with destro on mobs area - you can agro one mob to get a second Unlimited Defence ( Vengeance )
You can also use tribunal to decrease critical atack of your enemy and agro him.


That was all i wanted to say .. I have tanker from 2 years -it was Dark Avanger (own destro easy), now im playing Paladin from few months and i learn to fight him

This is not 100% win tactic, but makes you chance better.
I use similar tactic on my DA (i was on full b grade and i own players on witch full s grade and starwars weapon)

if someone know any high rate serwer just say it .. we can cheak this two chars ( i can be paladin)

oki gyus i play pvp and i just want to tell results . I made a tank and destro.With tank good p.def but shield slam allways resist and stun shield 80% resist I made and destro too.With destro think little overpowered - 1400 a-speed 45573 P.atack. I kill all with 1-2 hit and have a lot hp too. Destroyer>Paladin Off topic

BeAGentleman are you ok? -8 con for a tank? You're sick. 14k pdef... Leave that server as fast as you can. 10k mdef lol. I have almost done 2.4k with an aw. You can only get those stats with ult def.

Or he's got roughly +100 items. Maximum enchant was about 5k i think. 5.6k something. At least on interlude.
