i fucking lol'd....you would cut -8dex on a dagger, expecially a pw that relies on speed and evasion, in pvp....pls explain why or i will remember you forever as a big failure....

On L2J, +4 con -4 str +4 dex -4 str. As someone said before(not in this thread), that l2j skill crit rate isn't based on str. This set up is only assuming the person is correct. If they work correctly and are based on str, then you could just add +4 wit, and nothing for con/str/dex, with elements, you don't want to nerf your patk too much since an elemented dagger can still free swing for decent damage. But in all honestly, play it dyeless, see if you think you need too improve your dex, or con, or whatever, and make your own setup. It's hard to fail at Pw dye setup.

I always go for the classic -8 str, adding con and dex. Also the usual +4 wit.

i prefer adding another 4 points of dex increasing the stats instead of 1 more con

True l2j platforms Str have no Skill Crit influence . The -Str setup was used on daggers back in C3 / C4 but since C5 things changed . 5 Dex / 4 Con - Str ... or use 4 Dex / 4 Con - Str ofc and 4 Wit - Int but only if you whana use Entangle a lot but if you whana add this dye just for the sole purpose of root / sleep resistance it's no use ... you are playing on l2j so don't boder .

do not cut its dex lol
in pvp, when there are more than few players, your hp doesnt matter... u get targeted-ure dead. so be the fastest and make as much dmg as u can, dagers mostly kill 2-3 nukers on pvp and die
-con +str + dex or only -con + dex (you must get your best setup, dephend of server (more nukers or fighters, number of players, you have party or not), get Mj light +6, dager with crit dmg, AQ ring, turn on VS and pwn
and take CP potions, ghp potions and try to drunk-walk-with imba 230-240 speed on song of wind ur'e hard to target. and dont charge from the front side, coz u wont even catch anybody

Yes I totally agree with Banana. Well as some might now I <3 elves, and personally the PW's peak is speed, evasion, attack speed and criticals, like all elves.
One thing about the PW that intrigued me, was the amazing critical power (YES!) for an elf. I always loved PW as it was my favourite dagger. But one day I was at 4s and a PW was lowering the destro for frenzy. The thing is, the PW didnt use a single stab, he had focus death on, and with each crit he would deal 2k on the destro from behind (both fully buffed by DC ofc, destro had his armor on). Yes Im not joking, he critted a destro in IC set for 2k with an AS haste. From my experience with PW, I would never tell it's crit power was so big, but we just have to face it. I made myself a PW and even without focus death yet, I can make nice 1k normal crits in pvp vs fighters, dunno about mages cos I simply 1shot them with a skill.

All of this comes to the point:
PW is a very versatile character, for dyes I would definetly go for +4WIT +4CON +5DEX. For me PW has been the most hated of daggers so far, but somehow is gaining terrain over his oponents. But PW was always strong, just imo the harder one to play thats why ppl didnt know about his "secrte powers"

pwned a S grade gk with a backstb from behind - 6,5k dmg - pw 71 mortal strike on + vicious stance on (shadow kris) / WC 7X buffs both of us ... server: dexternet =] so yeah, wr > all in my opinion (gtfo aw's fanbois)

Hell yeah! Not to mention that u will lethal every 3 or 4 stabs or so

well at 1 vs 1 in oly you dont need dex ;p if the skill criticals depend on str you have to go for + str at thsi server...if not then dont cut dex and cut str...it depends from the server and from what you want and where...btw right for pvps you can not cut dex... but for 1 vs 1 if the server is like this you can ;p common dyes and these that all use are +5 dex and +4 con for daggers...use these ;p but if want him only for oly then go for +4 str +4 con and +4 wit ;p
