This sets are NOT custom made by admins,but by NCSoft9ofc u may find them in high rate servers only,added as a special armor for pvp ),if they considered that looks better black and blue,then why to change the color?
The bonus is everything that really matters.

I wold love to see a SKULL SET, u know the one im talking abuot from old rpg, the one with nasty horned skulls on ur sholder pads and knee pads, and a cool anymal, or human, or dragon skull on the belt bukle, or a really fearsome huge skull on the chest ... that would be cool... u know like the skull fists PAGRIO HAS ON HIS PROFILE.... man, i bet every orc or human fighter will want one of those, even if it's just for parade in towns, like i have on an OL divine set, and i use it only in towns :)))...
