the luckiest major arcana price is a lil bit higher than tallum hvy set price. And yes on wrath there are +6 SEts. A LOT OF sets not only 1 MA xD. The raids there are down all the time and ppl get a lot of beas. Personally, I wouldn't use Blessed on MA robe. On Topic +1 for Major Arcana set for pvp, +1 for DC +6 in oly.
