I know those problems regarding skills' descriptions but it doesnt apply on that skill :)

I 100% agree.If U dont test some skill by yourself U can never be sure WTF it does exactly.BTW I say something about succes rate too but I dont remember where.Anyway if not instant mp pots dont use it.U will burn mana in 4-5 skills with VS on and skill masterry on and some mana pot with 10-20 mana per second wont help U with nothing.If mana fill 300-400 instant mp yes I agree it has sence to use all U got.
