no it doesnt
blow land rate does not depend on any stat but on the buff effects which boost blow landrate

skill crit chance(blows in our case) depends on STR

dont use c4 info please

Xmvp: U consider RPG-club for private server or for offi based? I tested this there and as a matter of fact it worked. True its gracia final but results were : no dex dye 30 skills 19 in 11 out.
+5 dex +1 dex from draco set 25 skills in 5 out. True it could be just my luck but cant be sure...
