To those who wants to know.. do this first before asking.

Go learn what each buff do. http://lineage.pmfun.com/list/buffstats AND the description given for each buff INgame (you need a buffer account or a friend to help you with this)

Try it out both in PVP and PVE. (as in all kinds of opponents and situations for pvp. In PVE.. go figure)

Then at least you can come back here asking better questions than something like `what's the buff for TH?'

If i say get Greater Might.. that's not good for PVP.. If i say get Greater Shield.. Might is better for PVE. If i say get zerk..Not recommended in PVP (or it might be.. in some situation). The point is.. the buffs are flexible with what is available to you and the situation you're in. To dictate such a thing would only add confusion to the matter.
