-9 dex cant be best pvp set for whatever char but however ppl use it and they are happy with it so its ok. This set is for fighter vs fighter pvp not vs a mage or ranged attacker

yea most fighter mostly, cuz u don't have to run to him that much. but vs mage only in small area.
what will be best dye vs long raged enemis in open area? +5str*-9con+4dex? [im not gona decreas str, cuz im not playn' in high rate server with duals+30].

btw: if i got 10k hp without dyes. i decreas con and get tallum*dark dual, then it will be 10k+15%-losses from con or 10k-losses from con+15% or 10k-losses from con+15%*10k ?

No need to get + DEX couse u have "Sonic Move"="Dash" and u have range attacks too so use them the power of the GL is in the "Rage"+"Sonic Blaster",if u crit with one of them the Mage/Archer is dead u can lose only by a TY!

Hmm with PoF, Song of wind and ww2 .. With Sonic move i get about 209 spd but no doubt that isnt the best i am still open to other kind of dye setup ^^
