on fortune seeker already having a blunt weapon that has weak crit rate and as well having low dex, i wouldn't down it
bh is rather about skill spamming and skill crits

Better get master focus cos the active is only worth it if u have more than 100 crit rate, which isnt the case... In oly u have about 70
