no, on DEX I was in party with a PR and he was 65, using draco bow. He had 700 atk.speed and he 4-5 shotted (1 crit = half HP) mobs lvl 60 at cata. The only problem was accuracy. He missed 30-40% times

in offie when i hit 76 i crafted 1 tate ring. When i died and droped back to 75 I just couldnt move. I was walking so slow that i though i had deth penalty lvl10 or smthing. Then i realized that i was using the tate ring :P

Same with weapons. My friend gave his 10lvl dark elf fighter a +9 SS cd. He was walking sooo slooow and his attack speed was realy f@cked up.

Lol. You don't play official, admit it. On official if you equip a high grade weapon your accuracy goes down and THAT'S IT. No speed or atk speed penalty... Or not high enough for me to notice.
If you equip a higher grade piece of armor, your speed goes down by A BIT (10 speed probably, haven't checked it).

Please... Stop this nonsense.

Look ICARUS. Private servers have great differences than off. Go play on them and let me play off. If u dont believe that i play off its your problem and i realy don care. As i used to hear from hc "/carebear".

I will post a shot from a S grade equip on a low lvl char just to see the if its -10 speed or slower than a dead turtle.

at least find your self a retail priv server to play.

edit: if -98 speed and -305 attack speed is not noticable to u its noticable by all the other players. So u can go exp your 1 lvl char with S grade.

Afaik, higher grade weps weapons give u - att speed and accuracy
Amors - speed and - att speed afaik. Not sure tho.
