For S grade jewlery you can make this quest:

Delivery of Special Liquor

For armor you need 5lvl ally with silenos or orc
than u have to take quest war with ketra (if u have ally with silenos) or war with silenos (if u have ally with orc). from quest u will get molars which u can chane to other quest items. and after that u change this new items with trader in orc/silenos village to totems (red an gold or smth like that). than double click on totem and u have random s grade recipe.
from red totem u get random recipe for helm/boots/gloves/shield

from gold (yellow) totem u get recipe for random main armor

easy right?? heh
