you have to farm them for like a year or go adena crazy and buy them , sad but true attributes are a pain since freya |

I remember doing one in that new Oel Mahum location. It was I think 83+ and you had to take it from the guard in Oren. You got a few Fire Crystals and S enchants if I recall correctly. |
