I'm doing the quest "path to becoming a lord-innadril" (of course we have the castle) but I have a problem with one of the steps. After appoint a representative, he goes to speak with iason heine and him says to go to kill in alligator with 10 people.
A group of 10 people from the clan went to kill mobs in alligator but we didn't receive any item...
In the guides that y found on the internet didn't say that you need to do something first :S

If I speak with iason heine he says something of the quest "black swan". We tried to do this quest too (is an infinite quest, we tried to kill a little) and return to alligator after this, but nothing happened.

If someone knows what we are doing bad and can explain what we need to do after the representative is appointed, we will be very grateful.
