Post subject:  Your First noob story !!!!
Here you can write the biggest noob things you made at the start of the game when you knew almost nothing about it and how things changed overtime.

Inspired by the story of Icarus this thread is devoted to those first days of lineage in which all of us knew sh1t about the game..so please write yours :)

i will post mine tomorrow..since its pretty big and...dump :P

A RL friend of mine started on x3 server some years ago.
Someone was quiting, he found my friend and gave him a SoES +4.
My friend sold it to NPC. :P

no way you can get bigger noob story.. than icaros.

anyway i was stuck on the mountain, and sat there for one whole week
shouting on every channnel for help!

until one day when a GM pm'ed me and told me to /unstuck
he told me that this was fun at first .. but lately they got bored of me!

My very first char was elven mystic.. You know these keltirs at the beginning area... i was hiting them with my staff i didnt realize i have magic at the beginning... so it took me a lot of time killing one by one.. resting a lot :) to get more hp :) I guess was pretty funny for the people arround me...
I saw they use magic but i thought that they are higher lvl or something..

At lvl 20 i became elven oracle
Later i already had friends and i was almost all the time in party but when i reached higher lvl and my great magic sword (present from a friend) was making only 1 dmg (i was elven elder) so i was sure is broken or something i coudnt understand how came i stopped making dmg to the mobs :)))
so there i was asking everyone i know about broken weapons etc :) well all my friends were noobs too and it took some time before i understand

Hehe it was like ages ago.. thanks for this idea :) it was nice to remember the good old times :))) asking me about my noob days is like asking me about my childhood :)

I remember on my old days as a noob....

My first char was human fighter called fg098 or something like that(after 2 days trying to understand and create an account for the game i was pissed off >_<) with a friend we went to the elven ruins to check what was inside, with no grade weapons and only 2 healing potions we got lost in the ruins and didn't know how to get out xD we shouted for about 1 hour *Help,we are lost* *is anyone here ?* and we were restarting our clients (and the pc too) hoping we will show up in the town or something..talking about n00bs here :P until a mage showed up and escorted us to the gk where he pked us :( after that i never went inside any dungeon or crypt .

After that i rolled a dark elf and wanted to be the ultimate dark wizard and own everyone...that was until i got karma outside the d.elf village and a guard 1-shot me :(

After some time i got lvl 16 and found out about spiritshots and soulshot (the old time where no automated soul shots existed and you had to press a shot every time you hit or cast) OMG i am GM i said now i kill you all madafakers and went to ruins of despair (by foot from gludin :P) asking for trouble with 3 of my friends and 1 haste potion...

For sometime we where exping nice until another dark elf came...he said *adena plz* and i told him to go away or i pk him then he took away his weapon and killed me with his bare hands...and killed the rest of my friends..he should be around 50 lvl or something :-/

I remember at lvl 34+ with my powerful Goat head staff and my Knowledge Set how i drained all my mp to kill 1 golem in ivory tower and rested for 10 minutes until i have mp to kill another xD

Shortly after i sold my account for 25 euros to a friend

Then came a time where i totally quited low rate servers for about 1 year and went here-there on pvp servers trying out different classes and stuff until i started cosmos destiny l2j x7...but i will tell you about those times on another post ^_^

I didn't knewed what's a soulshot/spiritshot/bss , a healing potion , scroll of escape etc.. or even a gatekeeper.

It was really funny to try going to a village.. I went by walking down for a while .. then get killed by mobs and hoping that nearest will be the town i wanted . :D
But i just hated the moments when nearest was the same town from where i left.
Another funny think is that i gived importance to all quests.. and amazing myself with sort kind of things like storyes(for example quest from lilith in TI).

Hard times, indeed.. but really nice ones.

hmm my first character was an elven mystic...i wanted to be the best buffer on Dragon-Network 15x :D. I teleported myself in gludio and i was trying to sell might and shield with 3k adena :P. Then a high lvl human mystic gave me for free karmian stockings...And I sold them in shop for 150k adena :shock:. I though I was rich :)

first time.... no ss no potion no gk ...lol no quest ... till lvl 27 i have an dark elf fighter ..wanna be future BD ..but at that time i didnt know how to play what a Bd has to do in game .... and there was me at lvl 49 dark elf fighter whit not even first class quest done ...not even started ..big lol no?
if u ask how to lvl till 49 .. my brother in law take me everywhere he was a paladin, and he laugh so hard ...after some time he explain me how this game work and almost everything ... i quit BD start an AW i was a pro gammer :D very lol

hm...my first noob story...was normally leveling without SS or BSS...and one time...i had crucifix of blessing best no grade mystic weapon..ithought i was powerfull....and one human rogue told me that he could enchant my weapon for free...i didn't know what enchant was...then he gave me party and told me to drop the weapon and then pick it up 3 times...at the 3rd time the weapon went to his inventory and then he pked me,and laughed!noob story indeed:)) Anyway....now i know mostly about this game and i don't have problems like thi anymore:) that was my only time!

so i was llvling my elven wizard lvl 25 in eg (with bssb and top d kuz my fr was scammer n1 on hobby c3 ) and well ... i saw evil spirit tempest. he was red so i though "he shud give nice exp :D " and i didn't know it was a rb ( it was like a normal mob back in c3 but still wasnt easy to kill solo ) and i ...atacked him . i saw i do sh1t to im and that 5 skels are after me so i made a run for it . then i was hti by a 500 dmg drain (i didn't know what jewels were :oops: ) and i died and started saying "WTF 500 DMG NO WAY THIS ISN'T REAL " . then i got lvl 27 ,quit hobby, went on a c3 pvp server and got addicted to l2 :?

Haha nice stories well as all others i have my moments too :P. Noobwars my first server x2 c1-c2 i dont remember what was it back then. Anyway before making my char in l2 world i read some l2guide from some site. There was said that SR is the best pvp char so... i went for elf archer. OFC elf male looked like g@y so i chose female and so on with the forest bow till lvl 21.I knew what ss and pots were ( cause i played WOW 1mounth before that :P - NAABS ) OK lvl 20 time to become elven scout but where are the quest mobs i have to kill ?? Anyway i never found them and my SR died :) . I edcided elves are too complicated to play so why not stick to my favourite ORCs:) and so my first tyrant was born:). Since i didin`t knew the mobs in orc vilage OFC i went in elven to fight there :) hard times with the GK ( i had to go from gludin to elven on foot ) Anyway i lvl-ed there and met some elvish friends i can surely say that were the best times i had in this games. Yea i was a NOOB but i never felt so much joy from this game ever since.

i was human mystic and i fight untill lvl 12 without bss on x4 server than i observed that fighters armor hav more p.def than mystic armors and the price is the same so i start to worn fighters items until lvl 21 when i read that if i worn robe and pants my casting will double..i become wizard at lvl 24:)))

it was great tp be noob and lvl with my friends especially ravenheart..we hav a lots of funny story

yup...actually...i told you that u suposed to wear robe:)) anyway...noob times were very special to all us i think...it was our first experience and then we had all our special moments:descovering skills,weapons,and so other...yup me and nonelikeme were very noobish at the start...but now,times had changed:)) I really miss noob days...but the game goes on...so...good luck to the ones who will start to play L2 as noobs:))

very nice sotryes:Di was laFFin my ass out:Dhmm donno maybe u think im maniac or i lie but when i started to play l2 i knew almost everything i could find in google;]so i knew locations etc and my first char was SE
when i was mystic i didnt know where succubuses are(for oracle quest) and lvled till 32..one day my friend told OH NOOB U ARE STILL MYSTIC?and did the succubuses in 1 min;] but my biggest noobosity was that u played on 128 sdr ram and 600 mhz c3(video 32mb) and 1 tp=7 min:)
and i was dieing all the time cuz my pc was too slow:Dso i could have dinner till i was teleporting:D
now i have pure gaming MACHINE!but i still google much:)

P.S:Icarus has best noobo story in the world!
