I suggest that no forum member may start new thread w/o let's say...50-100 postcounts? This will limit idiotic thread w/o searches.
Just show up an error that the member can't make a new thread, don't give the reason why, cuz they'll start to spam.

well then allow it in serv topic, guest have 0 postcount, so gl making a new thread then :D

but thnx for reminding for the serv topic part

I wouldn't mind even for those who only want to post their srvrs.
This is a comunity and in srvr discussions you talk about srvrs not advertising them like they do, right now.
