Hello. If I'm not mistaking you need to have the latest Chronicle and after that go on the server web page and search for the download button. There you will find server's auto updater witch downloads and updates the system files according to server files.
My personal opinion is to have your system files deleted and in the system folder place the updater and from there on update and play.
