I would like to know if glads are still reliable for PvP in HB?

yes.
they now have some more difficulties due to boosts in some classes, but gladi is still a walking fortress

it is cause he will have 8 charges, that means +500 dmg on some skills.

Not on Dex, at least for now.

Gladiators and Tyrants are dealing around Half Damage in Skills. This situation is frustrating every guy that's running one. We're waiting for this bug to be fixed, but we've had no response from GM so far recognizing this as a bug.

tell him to check the data from IL there tyrants/glads hit normaly :)
