Well I sure know what happened.. :roll:

A while ago they stole equip from some ppl on wrath til they figured out they wouldn't get away with it, and banned them cause most of the equip was actually obviously duped, and they even also banned all their friends in rage.

The dupers tried to make a deal, saying they could ban all of them but not their friends etc. Catalin, since he's dumb refused. So he was told that doom was coming for this.

He said items were duped when firewall was down for a moment (lol @ knowledge by the way, I don't know if he think he's fooling anyone ? ).

Their servers were/are all running almost on the same server except the L2 servers themselves.
Everything has been hacked, and duped items were given freely in game to thousand of ppl (if you found valakas on the ground sometimes, you know why now, lol). Many other bad things were done too, it's probably too long to list and a collective effort.

Their network is such a mess.. they even host commercial websites on the server which hosts most of the stuff.. oh and they got plenty of paypal money each month.

Anyways, at some point they realized that something was happening.
Since everything is compromised, they have to re-install everything and try to find backups which do not have multiple trojans inside.

As long as they don't roll back a full 6 month, all the servers on the dex network are virtually dead... I mean zillion guys have had free boss sets, armor sets +6, and thousands of bews.

anyone knows the real reason why they rolled back the game? there are rumors of gm giving items ig or some real money transactions.

After whats here http://dex.lineage.ro/index.php/topic,2 ... #msg841280 it seems like the "moving" in the datacenter wasn't announced so prolly some problems were there. So the DEX started as it was in 13 january from what those ppl said.

well what the huhua guy wrote sounds realistic I didnt follow the "dex development" in the pastw eeks so when i saw that dex was down for replacing hardware i really wondered why the website was taken down etc etc ofc since we all know who the elf guy is we know why he is dennying it but doesnt matter well bad for the players of dex network could ruin the game for them hopefully it doesnt not ;o

ilol if more scams like that occur it means that guy wrote truth.... lets wait and see how it goes...
