I`m 100% sure the question is about the passive "cubic mastery" taht allows you to have 3 cubics at once but you have only 2 cubics. :) Warlock has 2 cubics too. Temple knight had 2 cubics as well until interlude.

NCsoft will plan add a new cubic for them i guess liek they did to the temple knight. Anyways keep in mind that you can get the 3d cubic from a warlock and you can give him your phantom cubic so he can have 3 as well :)
