You can only transfer under certain conditions so fucking read them on the site, max lvl 76 and many other restrictions.

Requirements to transfer char

Transfer is only granted to 2009.12.27. (Perhaps in the future will be more).
Migrating to x20 servers is possible only with your rates are lower than x30, for x50 with servers your rates are below x50. Items removed from the portable character in any way possible, but the character is reduced to the documentary as (or done everything possible to ban it).

Characters above level 76 are cut to 76.
Characters less than level 50 will not be transferred.
81+ Skills, Epic things, S, S80, S84 and unique things are not transferred.
The maximum amount of Aden 100kk.
Other things, or resources may be curtailed as well.
The maximum point of things +8, the attributes are cut to 20, if any.
Moved only 1 set (normal things) for 1 character (matching it to grade).
Sab, Nobles, Quests, Skills, augmentation transferred only with "certain" (tested) servers.

Migrating to x20, with servers with or given, is possible only by the administration.
Disclaimer in the transfer may be without specific explanation.
Transfer may take up to several days.
On the one player no more than 1 character.
