Heres what I was looking for many hours from these forums but wasnt able to find:

a) No donations
b) no sub class quest
c) ~*20 server
d) GM shops with high end weapons
e) capita ingame comes from grind rather than from pvp, Thusforth its possible to keep on getting new weapons without frustration of playing with B-gear at level 76.

Can you leave a note if you find atleast 4/5 suitable server

http://www.l2exodus.eu it's fairly new, and the admin knows what he's doing. Sub skills and 81+ skills working(properly might I add). Overall it's a pretty nice server.
