 Post subject: new servah in future?

hi there! im looking for new server w/o bugs/lame admins/fking factor donations with mid-rate (dont have much time like 2yrs ago). Do any1 have informations which want to share about new/future opening? I've heard smtn about new dex server, is that true ? ty for answers :)
