Okay, I'm going to tell about one good L2 servers network.
WarSong have 2 servers - Aria (x60) with stable gameplay. GameServer have working Kamalokas (Solo and Group), Pailakas (Solo, Fort and Castle), many instanced dungeons (Nornils Cave, Crystal Caverns, Dark Cloud Mansion), fully functional Hellbound Island, Transformations, 85 level, Subclass Certification system, Fantasy Isle, C5/Int/CT1 zones with monsters and drops and many more. Second - Ophylia (PvP) is designed for oldscholl game - items for PvP count. Both of these servers is fully protected from DDoS attacks, 3rd programs and is not L2j.
Server website is not international (Lithuanian), but NPCs in game talking only in English
Server is going to start soon.
