Looking for LOW rate server with these specs

Post subject:  Looking for LOW rate server with these specs
Me and my friends are looking for a server like this:

- Rates between 3x and 10x (5x would be nice)
- No NPC Buffer
- No Dual Box (not even for donators)
- No Pay to Win (not even XP boost or Buff scrolls for donators)
- No Auto Farm
- No Global Gatekeeper
- No GM Shop
- No Wipes
- Modern Interlude Client similar to the one Etina uses (not the old clients with the horrible graphics/interface), or Modern Classic Client or Hi5 Client. One of those 3.
- Balanced classes like for example Destroyer should only hit 3 mobs with pole while under Frenzy/Rage/Guts/Zealot effect; Warlord should get the pvp skill (long range stun) at lvl 40 and not 76 and getting bigger AOE skill range for the other skills and bigger chance of landing the stuns on both players and mobs and Revival skill being usable at at least 20% hp and not only 5% hp; Spoilers should have Sweep Festival (Mass Sweep), etc.
- Very High party XP bonus to make people look for parties and not solo all he time.
- No Russian language on website or in global chat ingame (main language has to be english).
- Prefer new or recent server but old servers are also ok.
- Would also be nice if they had Wolf evolution to Great Wolf and Kamalokas and an Advanced Item Search Feature.

Found one similar to L2 Ressurected but it only opens on January 14.

Lets hope it doesnt have massive RMT via Auction House like the other Classic Club server.

Why is anyone opening server 2 weeks before christmas and new year? Who has time to grind low-rate during holidays?

If you want server with healty playerbase (funny, i know) then wait for mid-january before commiting to low-rate.

The people who don't celebrate. Why does it have to be a grind? Could be a good 45 minute wind down to a stressful season.

the only thing is that you can dual box but it is very new server yet it got cool futures.
