Well what is it about then? Is the 40s real? I mean sure you will only end up in Giran after getting feared in Aden CS but still :mrgreen: The "land one debuff to win the PvP" theme doesn't seem to be much in line with rest of the reworks

Still quite a lot though, no? :o Especially with the nukes having reduced reuse time by half. In 10 secs you probably nuke down even a tank, let alone any other char :?

Kinda, fear is strong but it doesn't land that often.
I wouldn't try to fear a duelist or mage instead of nuking them tbh.
It's nice when you know you can't win the fight tho, you flip it and pray :p

Yeah that's a good point. Still though, I feel like best way to balance these kind of skills is just to make them 100% landrate and just work around the timers/reuse times. If e.g. the fear lasts just lets say 2.5s (maybe down to 1,5s with good resists) and has a reuse time such that you use it once in 1v1 duel, it becomes a legit part of the PvP rather than niche flipcoin win scenario.

But nevertheless it's still nice to see all kinds of skills being worked on, I'm sure it will be pretty epic this way as well.

I would agree with that, but fear would need a deletion in that case.
Because we don't have rushes with low cooldown, fear would completely ruin your positioning, even if it's just for few seconds.

For sure the skill is used, but as a "try your luck", if you start using it you probably lose by damage unless you land it.

But yea I completely get your point.
Most of debuffs are really useful in most scenarios, the problem is just fear being annoying and broken.

Ah alright that's not too strong at all, I thought the landrate is much higher. Tbh with 10% I'm not sure if I would even put it on skillbar :)
