Yes, now you will not see advertising campaigns or large amounts of people - current goal is to crystalize main points of the upcoming potential x5. Just wondering, do you think that once you create DC server you automatically receive at least 100 joined people ? Or fake users would be an option for you ? Until then - consider this x1k as dev test server  blueprint of potential project.update - by saying 'us', I mean 3 enthusiasts who have real world jobs and are specializing in different occupations. |

The only legitimate server would be hosted on http://l2dawn.com/. That website seems to be still active and it doesn't say any word about your server. Take your time to grow your own brand instead of using someone's else effort. |

Could someone please explain, where exactly is an actual issue on having initiative on reopening legendary specific style server ? Especially, that original administration, based in US, is not going to do that ? I think it's pretty obvious, that we are aiming at EU side and that we are not completely same lineup. People who will be willing to play on the original (original in the gameplay, community side) version of low rates server (no decision on the rates) will understand this difference. Again, where is the issue, that group of experienced people, who grew up with L2, same as most of you, and remember this community and style of the server, are willing to invest and take an extra step, on providing some competition to the Reborn ? Not to mention, that everything is still in the planning stage. If you think that this is another one-day initiative - you are wrong. We have super in depth analysis (and everything is in professional presentation form:) ) of the current IL-GF servers, market , potential expenses, including everything, starting from server, files, advertisement to new, unique features, which were never seen before, but ofc, it depends on the how much money we are willing to put. Last note - I think that PvP server opening with the message that this is just a Test/warmup server, was a pretty obvious and clear message, that we are not willing to open random low rates server no matter what - we are not going to discreditate the name of the project by opening x1-x10 long-term server without the real dedication to do it right, or not to do it at all. If we open and announce the server as real alternative of previous US based Dawn server, we do it right - without any room for errors or doubts, that this is serious and long-term. Cheers. |
