Haste bug most likely caused by server restart and visual timer glitched.

Now, for some more news!
Beta was extended by few days, and LIVE start moved to this friday!
Official server start was announced and you can find the countdown on: https://www.l2unchained.net

A lot of silly bugs fixed, player intention logic improved. Few things probably not mentioned yet: auto pickup adena, seal stones split between party members, Fishing Tournament, hot springs pools fishing implementation. Main town square (for now only in giran) was split between SELL/BUY/MANUFACTURE for a clear market and smooth trading. Information and pictures on what shop will be allowed on which part of the town will be updated on the website.

In few days we will implement item search in player's shops, including manufacture. This will allow you to pinpoint sellers or buyers of a specific item without wasting your time browsing through the whole market. Take note though it will not show you the price to keep the market competitive.
Minimum spacing between shops is in place so people can move freely between them.

A detailed list of all the information a player needs will be posted before going LIVE. Information like raidboss respawn time, enchant rate and such.

For now, every question you might have regarding anything, can be asked on our discord for a quick response.

Well, nothing else for me to do than to invite you to the last few days of OPEN BETA and to play once we officialy open the server.
Remember, this is a long term project not made to make money, but to last and we sincerely hope to grow our population no matter how we start. Cheers!

Live Server opens in 1 day and 2 hours from now!

So, i got a more complete list of all the information players would want to know before joining.

Server Rules:
-No Dualbox
-No RMT
-No Botting (duhhh)
-Respectful behaviour on any public chat

Server Start Settings:
-Server time: GMT+0
-First hero not earlier than by the end of august
-Castles delayed by minimum 4 weeks (up to 6 depending on population and competition)
-Initially low level castles will be released (Dion,Gludio,Heine,Shuttgart), after another 2-4 weeks the other high level ones.
-Siege setup: 18-20 pm, 2 castles on saturday, 2 on sunday, at the same time.
-Epics delayed by 2 weeks.
<Antharas will be unlocked after Baium is killed for the first time>

Client Update and Changes:

Quests:
-3x Quest Rate (drop or amount depending on quest)
-Dangerous Seduction requires 1'st class change, reward: 250k

Enchant Rate:
-Max Enchant: 16
-Safe Enchant: retail +3, +4 full armor
-66% Melee Weapon (33% from +15 to +16)
-50% Mage Weapon (25% from +15 to +16)
-Armor enchant (including jewelry): 2/(current enchant level)
Example: enchanting +5 piece for a chance to go +6 would be 2/5 = 40%

Skill related information:
-Overlord can buff party members
-Healing formula for supports and bishop adjusted to add weapon's M.Atk to the skill power, similarly to classic. Bishop benefits 150% from weapon M.Atk, others by 100%
-Magical crit rate soft capped in PvP. After reaching 25% any other percentage gain is halved. After 50% it's halved again
<eg: 100% mcrit = 25% + (75%/2) = 25 + 25 + ((37.5-25) / 2 = 50 + 12.5/2 = 56.625>
-Temple Knights can learn Banish Undead same like Paladin.
-Aggro skills have a chance to change opponent's target in PvP based on skill level and level difference
-Blow damage adjustment from 2x P.Atk to 1.458x P.Atk
-Blow rate adjusted based on possition of the dagger vs enemy position. Lands more to the back/side than to the front.
-Blow rate increased vs mobs by 30%
-AOE skills and debuffs limits implemented based on available OFF files, all limits set to MAX value instead of random number from a range (eg. instead of 6-12 targets, would always be 12 targets)
-Toggles use proper amount of mana based on OFF formula based on player's level. Mana cost decreased by 20% to promote toggle usage.
-Servitors cost more crystals to summon but last until unsummoned or killed. Summons also retain their buffs after logging back.
-Aggression generating against a mob is increased or decreased based on level difference between player and the affected mob.
-Sweeper festival added to spoilers at level 28. Picks up to 5 targets
-Frenzy power reduced by 50% if above 30% HP threshold, no effect if above 60% hp
-Cubics power increased both with blessed spiritshots AND regular spiritshots
<Cubics also got boosted activation gap, which means they gonna activate more often>
-You cannot spoil mobs 9 levels above or below you
-Focus Attack skill on warlord is changed to be a toggle like on higher chronicles
-Counter Attack and Dodge skills buff time increased to 10 seconds

Is it me or the Treasure Chests do not work at all? Tried both delux chest keys and the Unlock skill, but from 15+ non-fake chests didn't get a single adena.

Hello everyone,

I'm here to show with what hypocritical admins you are dealing with. In 2 pictures bellow, you can see YulRun, admin of Unchained, trash talking about server called Hellforge(server has proven it's stable, has good files and growing in online numbers every week)

Unchained L2Java opened couple of days ago and so far we have seen incredible amount of bugs just in 1-40 levels. As we know, the more bugs you find in early game, the more bugs will be there as people will approach higher level zones or epics.

So what we can say about YulRun from the messages he sent about Hellforge:

1) YulRun stated that the admin of Hellforge is a "random" guy from internet who doesn't know what he is doing and the server will be trash. YulRun can you share with us, how many previous L2 projects you had and can you name them because if you can't do that, you are just a "random" guy on internet. Does it mean your server trash as well? (Hellforge admin Mrakobes showed his programming skills and fixed everything)

2) YulRun said that Hellforge files are garbage and worse than Reborn. First of all, Hellforge is OFF, c4+extender, as close as possible to get to retail c6. L2Unchained - JAVA. How can you bash other server where you actually need to do programming to fix any problems, while holding JAVA files in your hands?

3) You spammed in discord that Hellforge is a cash grab. Hellforge is still on, growing and no one is complaining about any kind of cash grabbing. Where at the moment, you said your Paypal account got frozen after receiving $800 and you have enough money to run the server for 1 more month. What is more, instead of fixing huge amount of bugs in L2Unchained, you are focusing how to enable other way to receive donations. So tell us now, who sounds more like a cash grab?

4) Does a good server Developer, if you call yourself like that, go around and trash talk about other servers?

I hope people don't get into this scam server!

I will see you all at Lineage2evo which seems gonna be Etina v2.

lol those messages were written right after Etina burned down in early spring when the majority of players were looking for a new server. No one was even talking about Unchained back then, but Hellforge did open soon after, probably in attempt to draw all those homeless players. So, who are you calling a cash grab? Till this day there's countless messages about constant bugs and crashes, and no, the community in Hellforge is not growing, at best it's stagnant.

YulRun even provided us information of how to get our money back from PayPal without taking away for what we donated. What money grab dev would do that? And of course he's trying to set it up asap, people want to pay for their class change/etc because they simply don't want to do it the hard way.

Bugs are mostly minor and even if something a bit more important pops up, devs find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. They continue to communicate with the community on discord, not going silent, doing who knows what, as I've seen on other servers.

And about Java or Off. These days Java is better than off in most cases, this is not 2008-2010 years anymore. And I'd rather play in good Java than in buggy and crashy Off.

Oh, Syluk, I really respect that you are trying to defend the server that you are playing at, but It seems you are being a little..mmm...close minded.

First of all, no need to get so radical. YulRun trashing another server is ok, but when someone uses his own words to talk about his server, it is offensive? Open your eyes a little.

Second, according to YulRun, if the server dev is a random guy from internet, his project is insta trash. So because YulRun is a random guy from internet (no previous projects) it makes Unchained insta trash according to YulRun.

Third, those messages were written by YulRun when Hellforge started building it's community and WHAT kind of dev goes and throws shady stuff at another project. Oh - it's YulRun.

Fourth, Hellforge has been open for +2 months strong and you still calling it a cash grab? Where admin is on top of everything. Everyone knows that Hellforge was created by people who played in Etina and after it closed, there was no other place to go and since there were only Java servers around, these players together with Dev created the server.

Fifth, Hellforge is growing since more and more people are leaving Reborn and currently the only good c6 no box server around is Hellforge. Hellforge started with +200, now reaching almost 600 a day. Unchained had around 80 people at start, you call it successful start?

Sixth, bugs in Unchained are not minor. Crystalising items, then trading crystals to other char, and after the trade, you still have crystals duplicates in your inventoy. If this kind of bugs are minor to you, then I wonder in what kind of servers you are used to play. And again, once Unchained opened, a lot of bugs were found by 80 players and only in 1-40 levels. Again, the more bugs early, even more bugs later.

And last, but the best. There is/was no good C6 Java server. Give me example of one. Time passed by, but the files on internet are the same. No new Interlude files were released. The closest you can get to retail is OFF. So if buggy Java is better for you, then I rest my case, you just ignore the truth.

Again, no one should get offended by my posts. If YulRun trash talk about other projects, why he doesn't like when people do the same about his project?

Everyone knows that Hellforge was created by people who played in Etina and after it closed, there was no other place to go and since there were only Java servers around, these players together with Dev created the server.

Fifth, Hellforge is growing since more and more people are leaving Reborn and currently the only good c6 no box server around is Hellforge. Hellforge started with +200, now reaching almost 600 a day. Unchained had around 80 people at start, you call it successful start?

Sixth, bugs in Unchained are not minor. Crystalising items, then trading crystals to other char, and after the trade, you still have crystals duplicates in your inventoy. If this kind of bugs are minor to you, then I wonder in what kind of servers you are used to play. And again, once Unchained opened, a lot of bugs were found by 80 players and only in 1-40 levels. Again, the more bugs early, even more bugs later.

And last, but the best. There is/was no good C6 Java server. Give me example of one. Time passed by, but the files on internet are the same. No new Interlude files were released. The closest you can get to retail is OFF. So if buggy Java is better for you, then I rest my case, you just ignore the truth.

Again, no one should get offended by my posts. If YulRun trash talk about other projects, why he doesn't like when people do the same about his project?
