Does any1 can recomended me a new serv with rate about x5 may be x7 or less which stand up not longer than 1 month ago?

is it lagged?
skills works corectly?
dual boxing is allowed?

No lag. Skills work pretty well. Not only dualbox... botting is allowed too ;)
