Very active dev, they dont use some extender like almost all other server(interlude- dvamp, hellbound- la2guard.No matter what your admin say there is 99% chance he using one of these unless its l2j).They fix a lot more bugs then are in dev log if you check fixed list and some of his post.For example, soon all lvl 80 skills will be implemented.If you post bug thats accuratly made like shown in sticky, he will always reply.He always reply if you talk with him on irc.

Inluding Vitality the server average at around x10, maybe small bit more depending on how much you play.

ON JUNE 5TH IT WILL GO LIVE!!!!

Insomniac-L2 "idea" came together in cold and dark days of October 2008.
Most of the members of our team, have had servers for years.
They've run these servers both with success and failure.
After piling in all our experiences and knowledge, the "idea" started emerging.
A simple concept of letting people do what they do best, and everyone drawing on their experiences.
Having technical knowlegde and needed requirements to fit todays standard of "spoiled" players .

You can read?They will be added before live.If you do any sort of research you will see all servers have most of em bugged and not working(bfdr, dex etc)

And if you dont believe Gods3nd then GTFO.I bet you didnt even look at fixed log.

Well the server is nice so far, the dev are indeed active, been trying it for a bit, the only thing they lack i think is sadly a bit more beta testers :p.
And personnaly amound all low rate beta i've seen atm it's the one closest to what i want to find, international server with english as main language, friendly dev and no imbalance donation; I like the fact that they try to stay close to retail while fixing the bugs but on that part since there is not that much people yet i guess it'll take them a bit of time :p
