Quite unusual setup, but no-donation and the amount of changes/type of gameplay changes you made and the way you documentate it on the server's forum simply did the thing for me. I'm hopping in!
I could only wish for more english translations of staff posts (I had to translate 6 of them via google, which quickly gave understandable results).

I'm on this server since day1 (even a little more, as I was also in the beta test), and what should I say is :

- Very competent and helpful staff
- Extremely stable server, L2Off, AntiCheat
- Friendly population, they (for the major part) won't refuse to give us some help.
- Still a lot of things to do, castle/CH not all owned (as we refuse to create smurfs only to 'lock' this features), not all heroes claimed (same reason as castle/CH)
- Easy to catch up the existing players, as A-Grade is 'free', S-Grade farming with Q is boosted
